THE KEY IS KNOWING JOY VS PLEASURE

Joy is the chemical cocktail produced when the nervous system thinks you are helping "humanity."

Pleasure is the cocktail produced when the nervous system thinks you are helping yourself / "immediate family."

Joy trumps pleasure. That is why firemen rushed in on 911.
