Our next 200 billion kids don't get another chance at life.
Cap and Trade, too little, too late, will be the final nail in their coffin. NOTHING LESS than $240/ton by 2022, announced 2012, will save them, using the George Schultz / Inglis revenue neutral tax shifting from income to carbon, or the right / left sanctioned Fee and Dividend approach.
