They live about 10 miles NE of DC.  Met Bruce, his below shoulder length hair and beard, 50ish, in Feb, when he appeared with a huge bag of food, canned stuff, etc, as one of the now 50+ bags he and his Loving partner, wife, Kathleen deliver every Saturday to we DC area homeless - driving to spots only Angels could see.  , Met Kathleen this last week - they picked me up at the end of their 3 hour trek of delivery, and took me out to vegetarian feast and to their wonderful warm house to chat.

Breathtakingly Loving.

He found and watched last night's video log (must be one of the handful that have subscribed to the blog, or now that I have my FB blog-feed fixed, maybe he caught the repost on FB):

His comment on FB that I just saw?

"I know how important the vigil is to you. I know this is especially more so with limited time. I also know how hot this summer is going to be. Do you want to stay with us? Die here in our home? I don't want to leave you out there when you're not well. I didn't even show you our backyard. It's a little nature haven with privacy and a tent and a chiminea. if you do not want to be indoors much but somewhere safe and clear of anything that can be a problem. I am your brother and I have to put this out there cause I care greatly for your well being and comfort in this time of less time."

Loving's reply:

"WOW.  WOW.  WOW.  WOW.

WOW.

Well, it LOOKS like I'm gunna die pretty fast but we don't KNOW that yet.  Let's not rush things!!!

:-)  !!!  We'll know in about 3-4 weeks.

Bruce, you and Kathleen are Angel Wings to me.  I'm crying now at your Good offer.  Not crying for myself, at all.  I just cry when I feel the beat of Angel Wings. So rare.

That could work,  your tent in your back yard, that could work, to die, or for 2 months chemo (you have metro access, don't you?), tho before the real serious dying part happened I'd move to Peter's House(?) a real nice hospice in DC for we homeless.  Deeply nice place, and they could give me whatever pain meds I'd need. 

Oh, the 'vigil important to me?' No.  The vigil is important to YOU, and every young person you'll ever care about.  That's why I do it, and will, I expect with any and every functional moment I'm given.

Let's see what the next 3 or 4 weeks tells us.

"I am happy to know that you have a plan. Yes we are 4 blocks from one metro station (pg plaza) and 7 blocks from another (west h...) both on the xxx line. I feel like this back yard thing is the perfect time out for you. You can have access to the house but also come and go at anytime without it being a factor in any way. You let me know when to put up the tent. We also have a hammock which is very comfy too that I am about to rig up in a private spot also. We don't use a lawnmower with an engine anymore neither do our neighbors. The back yard is free from traffic fumes and city sounds or very many places you can even be seen by any of our neighbors. I say it is peaceful and private and it belongs to you now. <<>>. My cell # is <<>>  but it doesn't work on rainy days. Okay move here when you're ready!"

Unless all of a sudden the cancer does what is supposed to be doing by now, crippling me, I'll greedily do every second I can, here, maintaining my post at the embassy. But, if you remain willing, you guys would be my current, pirmary plan for 2 months of chemo, if they determine that in the last 4 months this didn't become un-curable. Hugs."
